Family Companion Basics

      Family companion is a great starting point for dogs of any age. No dog is ever to old too learn. This course covers all the basic obedience that the puppy academy covers in a mature dog setting. If you enrolled in puppy academy and then "took time off" from keeping up on training this is also a great refresher course.

      All breeds are welcome and we never judge by breed. We teach all the foundations of basic obedience including a loose leash walk. We also teach doggy massage and proper nutrition. We focus on rescue dog issues and home manners. The goal and priority of this course is to have a well mannered house pet you are happy to live with.

      This is an 8 week course. The first class is people training so let's leave our furry friends at home. A 6' leash and a collar are required.
